Kelsey was is the director, co-writer, producer, and editor of this student independent feature film, which explores the story of an ambitious journalist investigating a mysterious plane crash. Claim Without Evidence(2023)

Running time: 3 minutes

Kelsey was the writer and director for this short student film that explores the story of an old scientist’s claim about a portal - a doorway said to appear only to those who truly seek for it. While the rest of the world leaves the mystery untouched, four detectives embark on a lonely and uncertain adventure to find the portal...to find the evidence to the scientist’s claim.

Queensland Academy for Creative Industries Graduation Film ‘THE TIME TRAVELLER’(2023)

Running time: 15 minutes

This film was written, directed, co-produced and co-edited by Kelsey, and was screened at the official QACI Graduation Ceremony in 2023. Kelsey won the ‘Pathmaker Award’ for her work in this project, which is a prestigious honor presented to a student who has demonstrated the exceptional skills, passion, and dedication required to become a strong leader or "pathmaker" in their chosen field. This fun and heartfelt graduation film follows a student who travels through time to rescue his high school best friend, who is lost whilst travelling across time to relive his high school memories for the last time. The narrative weaves together the graduating cohort’s shared core memories from their three years at QACI, and features a monologue voiced by every member of the cohort.
